Some close friends and I made a trip to Hot August Nights 2009 and we stopped at the salt flats for speed week on the way home. My '64 Elk made the trip without a hitch. One of those Bucket list trips we are all still talking about. If you haven't done a cross country with your buddies in your old cars, you should!!!
