Custom IFS coil over spring rates

Looking at putting an Custom IFS set up in my 64 F100. What size coil overs should I use if I put a Ford 351W in it? And,,, what if I put a big block in it? Any input will be appreciated.

While ordering your front suspension, the tech department would be your best guess. The last pickup I built had a 392 which was quite a bit stout and we ended up with 350 lbs spring rate. I'm sure Aaron can narrow the field for you, and put you in the right direction.
