I have purchased the zero offset disc brake kit for a 1st gen Nova. When i install the caliper brackets (p/n's 31758 & 31759) that were included in kit # 6467dbk the loaded caliper will not fit over the zero offset rotor. These brackets work fine on the original 5 lug spindles but not on CPP drops. Do I need caliper brkt p/n's 31947 & 31948 for the zero offset rotors and drop spindles?

Thanks
Frank

Good Morning,

Do you have the Pn#6267BA-K (upper Shims) for the anchor bolts at the top of the spindles? these are machined spacers so the caliper bracket will sit flush and square to the spindle. These are a must when using a drop spindle with that brake kit.

hi Arron, thanks for the reply... I do not have the shim that you mentioned for the spindle top bolt. It was not in the kit I purchased. Also the spindle top bolt (5/8 dia) that was included in the kit will be too short to anchor in the caliper brkt and the machined shim. Does CPP have a p/n for the longer bolt?

Thanks
Frank

Yes, Please call us up at 800-522-5004. The shim kit is a seperate item from the spindles since it is only for one type of braking kit.
