My '66 GMC has factory power steering (ram piston, control valve, etc.) that is leaking and probably worn out. I would like to replace it, but with the drag link set up, pitman arm, etc., I don't think I can use one of the newer internal power steeting boxes. Is there a kit to convert existing power steering components, or just replace the existing ram, control valve, steering box, hoses, etc.? Is there a quick ratio manual box that would work in this situation?
Thanks

We would recommend finding an original manual steering centerlink and then doing the power conversion box setup. Part # 6366PSK-S-OC Sells for $649.00

Would a center link adapter 5864CLA work on a '66 pickup center link (power to manual adaptor)?
