brake calipers (front-both) lock up

my front brake calipers will lock up without driveing the car. It can sit idleing in the driveway for 15 minutes and they lock up?? Ive changed brake fluid and front brake lines- calipers and pins are fine??

Sounds like the pushrod from the booster to the master is a bit too long. You want a 1/32-1/16" of free play.
