I have a Kugal Komponents thru the firewall brake pedal assembly. I have a CPP Corvette type 1 inch bore mastercylinder with the fancy proportioning valve and bracket under it. My question is how do I know where to adjust the piston that goes into the master cylinder? Do I adjust it to where it pushes into the master cylinder until it stops or what is the rule of thumb? Thanks!!

what you need is to have a 1/32"-1/16" of freeplay between the two. This will ensure that you dont have a pre-load situation.
