67 3/4 ton

I have a 1967 chevy 2wd truck , 3/4 ton 8 lug,
how can I convert it to 5 lug 5 0n 5 bolt pattern like
a 1/2 ton truck ?
I was told that they make a conversion spindle for this ?
And what disc brakes?
