When home from Duty I am an long time electrician, have a couple of step vans my 73 Chevy P-10 has disc front / drums rear..have had several of these and repaired replaced brakes a number of times and havent had this problem
Just did a caliper and pad replacement on the front..after bleeding the brakes the right front brake wont release back pressure when I take my foot off the pedal..right front working fine . .took the dragging caliper off and inspected it . .couldnt see anything wrong . .re-installed and still have the problem
The Step Van has split power system front to rear with a proportioning valve for that..master seems good..pedal seems right...cant figure out wht the problem is
I need this truck on the road as military pay is...well a new meaning of the term "minimum wage " . .anyone have this problem and know the cure ? please email me at kingsmurf1@att.net iof you have a idea..I am thank ful for any help in advance
