I have 2" drop spindles with disc brakes and tubular A-frames all from CPP installed on a 57 Nomad. The ride height seems to have dropped more than 2" and is too low at any rate. What is the best way to add an inch or two back to the front end of this car without going all the way back to stock spindles. Is there an advantage compared to stock to have the drop spindles and taller springs? Thanks.
Just compared to a stock 57 side by side this weekend. Total drop was over 4 inches. A small part of this was a need to go to 215-60 series tire to allow wheels to turn within lowered wheel well.
Question to CCP and others: Is 4 inches + a typical drop seen with install of 2" drop spindles and tubular a-frames?
