The base is a modular design that will accept a wide range of carbureted and EFI tops. The four tops available for the system are a forward-mount throttle body style, a dual 4150, a dual 4500, and a blank top that can be machined for any induction style.
The system’s runner length and tapered cross-section are designed to perform well for a wide range of engine configurations, said the company. The LS Hi-Ram is intended for use on naturally aspirated or forced induction engines in the 6.0–7.0+ liter range, with max power at 7,000–8,000 rpm.
