K-Tool International (KTI) has announced the release of its new 7-inch polisher/sander. The tool has a multi-position handle that can accommodate both left- or right-handed technicians.
The polisher/sanders includes a rubber polishing pad, hook and loop sanding pad and a wool bonnet. It’s equipped with an 11-amp, 120-volt AC ~60Hz motor. The variable speed control allows user to set maximum speeds from 1,000–3,000 rpm for different polishing applications.
The tool also has a soft start feature which ensures a smooth start to prevent scratching or marring during polishing or sanding procedures, said the company. It provides high overload protection and has a trigger lock for extra comfort during extended use.
