Hamburger’s Performance Products has introduced new billet aluminum valley covers for LS engines. Designed to fit snugly beneath the intake manifold, the new valley covers fit all Gen-III engines and offer improved block rigidity, said the company.
The valley covers are milled from 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum and measure 0.48 inches thick. They can be installed with basic hand tools and are compatible with factory and most aftermarket intakes.
The underside of the valley covers feature wide chamfered edges to ensure adequate intake manifold runner clearance, and the reinforcement ribs increase the structural integrity of the engine to reduce flexing of the block with it is bolted in place, according to the company.
The new Billet LS Engine Valley Covers feature a bright-red anodized finish and utilize a design that retains the factory O-ring so no special seals are needed.
The covers come with stainless steel button socket head screws for mounting.
