Phantom Products Releases Touch-n-Go Starter System

Phantom Products has announced the release of its new Touch-n-Go Starter System, which the company describes as the industry’s first touch-sensitive starter system with interactive LED display. Made as a direct replacement for standard keyed ignitions, this unit simulates the five common ignition positions with five different color modes showing if the vehicle’s ignition is off, in accessory mode, in ignition mode, crank mode or running.

Touch-n-Go features a tach-less input that allows for easy installation with any type engine. It will accept input from any momentary switch, including popular OEM ignition switches. The system’s built-in circuitry monitors the state of engine to determine when it’s running. A retained accessory option keeps accessories live for 10 minutes after the ignition is turned off or until the door is opened. A theft-deterrent pulsing red light is engaged when the vehicle is off.

The starter is automatically disengaged once Touch-N-Go senses that the engine is running. An optional security module allows for interface with security devices, allowing only authorized users access to your vehicle’s ignition.
