1971 Plymouth Cuda Convertible 383 CI, Factory Air

This is a very rare BS27-N1B-XXXXXX 1971 Plymouth ‘Cuda Convertible 383 4-barrel with factory air conditioning. Loaded with power windows, power convertible top, power steering and power front disc brakes, the Shaker hood was added at some point which forced us to have custom air lines fabricated to allow everything to work, but it can be returned to original specs easily. The 1971 White vinyl bucket seats have been replaced with 1970 White leathers, but the 71 Vinyl covers are included in the sale. Lots of options including front and rear elastomeric bumpers, Rallye instrument cluster and rim blow steering wheel are all new or refurbished. The car was in great condition when we got it, but we went through it with excruciating detail (down to the correct firewall insulation) and everything works, including the microphone. We went through the engine, using only the correct 1971 HP parts throughout, and despite the block having the correct VIN stamped into it, it also had a 1970 stamp as well. The transmission is a 1972 model we rebuilt also to correct HP specs. Again, we went to extreme measures to make it as close to perfect as possible, but it is not numbers matching.
