Two new products have just been released by Mothers Polishes-Waxes-Cleaners that help a vehicle owner care for their car’s leather interior. The new LeatherTech Foaming Wash features a moisture-balanced foam that digs into any stain. The glycerin-enriched lather is applied and its air-infused formula uses encapsulating agents to dissolve and lift away dirt and hydrate the leather, said the company.
After using the Foaming Wash, Mothers’ new LeatherTech Moisture Infusion Gel Cream can then be applied. It’s designed to provide multi-layer hydration and anti-aging properties to help nourish and protect the leather. It will prevent future fading, drying and cracking and will not leave a greasy residue, said the company.

Dart has introduced its new Iron Eagle Ford cylinder head, which features 215cc intake ports and is designed to work with off-the-shelf-components, including pistons, manifolds and valve train. The head’s large ports provide increased air flow for higher displacement and high RPM engines, said the company. Its dual exhaust bolt pattern simplifies header fitment.
The Iron Eagle Ford has 2.020-intake 1.600-inch exhaust valves and is available with 58cc or 62cc combustion chambers so that compression ratios can be tailored to the specific application. The head features bronze valve guides, multi-angle intake seats, hardened and radiused exhaust seats and an as-cast intake port and combustion chamber.

Vanderbilt was one of the original Damsels of Design – a group of eight, great talented female designers that the famed Harley Earl hired during the early days of the 1950s.
Throughout history, the Oldsmobile story has inspired many automotive historians with its rich and celebrated heritage which started right in Michigan’s capital city of Lansing.
I remember a particularly exciting year in 1978 when Oldsmobile introduced their new line of vehicles and automotive catalogues to the buying public. My first impression was that Oldsmobile was using 1978 to create a family-oriented lineup of new cars. The company used its advertising and marketing to highlight many traditional family values

The Chrysler Corporation was also doing very well within the automotive markets with its popular Dodge Dart models. The 1966 Dodge Dart models made their debut in Dodge dealerships on September 30, 1965.

To ensure that Shelby American would have its 1966 GT350 models in dealerships when Ford released the new ‘66 Mustangs, Shelby ordered an additional 252 cars from Ford’s San Jose plant at the very end of 1965 production. These ‘change-over’ cars (often referred to as ‘carry-overs’) were essentially Shelby-spec ’65 GT350s, and received the same performance modifications,
