    Angry Leaky banjo fitting

I purchased the disk brake kit for the 68 camaro and am having a hard time getting one of the front banjo fittings to seal. Used crush washers that came with the kit, tried new ones and still leaks. I am not sure if there is a softer material or annealing might help.
Anyone run into the same thing and have a fix ?

    Default Figured it out

The crush washers sent with my brake kit must be a harder material than those I purchased from NAPA which solved the issue.
When tightning down the banjo bolt I would feel the "squish" factor on the washer which I dint feel with the ones supplied with the kit. I would suggest CPP check their suppliers of the crush washers.

I had the same issue with the supplied crush washers....

Replaced with NAPA supplied pieces and no leaks.......

I am having the same problem. Were the supplied crush washers copper colored? I got a set of both copper colored ones and silver colored ones and both seem to leak. How tight are you guys torquing the banjos?

on a new set of washers I install and torque to 40-45ft/lbs
