New Port Engineering Wiper Motor Install - Wipe Out! - Tech
Installing A New Port Engineering Wiper MotorMy '68 Chevy C10 is being resurrected as a parts chaser/shop truck that is likely to be driven in any kind of weather. The truck isn't going to have a flashy paintjob or billet wheels, but it is my intent for it to be comfortable to drive and be safe at all times. We get a fair amount of rain here in the Midwest, so windshield wipers that work properly are a must. I opted for the intermittent delay switch and the windshield washer pump, as rain can be, well ... intermittent. And it is always nice to be able to wash off some bug guts or bird droppings while you are flying down the highway. Another option that is available from New Port Engineering is a shaft extension that is required if you are using the thicker factory dash panel.
