I want to add disc brakes to my 1952 ford mainline

I have a 1952 ford mainline choptop that needs brakes bad.i would like to upgrade from the original manuel brakes.can anyone give me an ideas as to where i can start?

Unfortunately we dont offer this; Doing a google search it shows there is some sort of parts car you can take parts of. Sorry we dont have much more info...
