disc drum setup on drum drum car?

Was going to swap my fathers dual master, and 11" booster on his disc drum setup to my drum drum car, will this cause any problems? I have read that because of a missing check valve or pressure valve that I could wind up with leaking wheel cylinders.

The disc applications have a different residual valve in the stock master for disc brakes. I would recommend changing the master to a drum type dual chamber
