Default CPP Steering Column for my 46 Chev

I have a 46 Chev I'm finishing up with a 350 chev/350 turbo. I installed Oldmobile bucket seats and I measured for the steering column. I measured and a 32 inch column seems to be the most comfortable. What I would like to know is there anyone out there with a 37 to 46 chev truck who has installed a cpp column and what length was the more desirable and how much of a column drop was used. Thanks. bob T newbie.
