I have installed the new big brake kit I got from you guys. Everything fits well but I have problem with the the brake pedal not releasing fast enough. It does release eventually long after I have pulled off and it also still feels like its binding. I need your help regarding this please

sounds like a front and rear kit correct? If so the rear caliper/ebrake setup must be fully assembled and the calipers need to be hand ratcheted when installed on the rotor till the piston "pops" against the rotor and then the lever will only have slight movement after that. Install the cables and adjust the intermediate cable after. This will keep the rear from hanging up.

No, its only a front kit with the original drums at the back

Double check that your return spring on the pedal arm and that there is no bind between the booster and the pedal linkage.
